- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Kearns Community Committee will hold a meeting on the 1st day of September 2026 to begin at 6:00 p.m., on the Second (2nd) Floor of the Element Event Center, located at 5658 Cougar Ln., Kearns, Utah 84118 as follows: **Portions of the meeting may be closed for reasons allowed by statue. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. DETERMINE QUORUM 3. CONSENT AGENDA A. Minutes for Review and Approval a. August 4, 2026 4.
