MINUTES FROM PREVIOUS MEETING: Review and approval of minutes from August 6th, 2026: Regular meeting/Public Hearing.
OLD BUSINESS:
- Kevin Clegg: was requesting a building permit for an out building (Garage) on 35 E Glades Way. Brian made the motion to approve Kevins Plot Map, Rod seconded.
- The Pinnacle: was requesting a lot re-zone. The lot is currently zoned Central Development District (CDD) and was proposing to be re-zoned to RMF Overlay. Brian made the motion to recommend to Town Council, Sara seconded.
NEW BUSINESS:
- Don Leclaire is requesting a building permit for an out building (Garage) on 244 E. 4th N.
