Description/Agenda: PUBLIC NOTICE Big Water Municipal Town Council Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, July 15, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (UT), Big Water Municipal Corporation will hold a PUBLIC HEARING at Town Hall, located at 60 N Aaron Burr, Big Water, Utah, 84741. PUBLIC HEARING ITEM/S: AN ORDINANCE OF BIG WATER TOWN, UTAH, AMENDING TITLE 7 OF THE BIG WATER MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING CHAPTER 7.02, FRANCHISE AGREEMENTS AND USE OF PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY; ESTABLISHING REQUIREMENTS FOR FRANCHISE HOLDERS; ADOPTING TELECOMMUNICATIONS PROVIDER REQUIREMENTS; ESTABLISHING A MUNICIPAL TELECOMMUNICATIONS LICENSE TAX; AND PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION, CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, AND MAINTENANCE OF FACILITIES WITHIN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY. At the time and place set forth above, all interested citizens may appear in person and may be given an opportunity to be heard either in support or in opposition. Each citizen will be given a reasonable amount of time to comment.
