$44,821.17 requested for completion of the construction of a new 2 bedroom, 1 bath (28' x 36') 1008 sqft home for Patty Bedonie. Client has built the foundation, footing, stem wall, concrete floor and underground plumbing; this funding is for the walls, roof, doors and windows, and finishing the rest of the home. UNTF is requested to match $69,552.00.

$17,385.00 requested for construction of a new 1 bedroom, 1 bath (20' x 36') 720 sqft home for Kee Shorty completed by Design Build Utah @ Bluff. $5050 is requested from non-chapter, with the remainder from chapter funds. UNTF is requested to match $39,855.00.

5.r Life Mission School (Non-Chapter) - Monument Valley Summer Camp
Revisiting grant request for $43,521 to hold the Monument Valley Summer Camp, a free 6-week educational program providing 60 hours of direct instruction for up to 40 students. Including creation of reusable curriculum, staffing for four educators, and essential repairs to the old Head Start building in Monument Valley to meet fire safety codes. Matching parent donations of $1000, and no matching funds requested from UNTF. The board voted to table this application at the 4/22/2026 meeting until building ownership and land lease could be verified. The applicant has submitted a bill of sale for the building.
