5. Site Plan Approval - Battle Creek Plaza Troy Dana with Westland Development is requesting site plan approval to develop four office/warehouse buildings totaling 53,509 square feet.

6. Major Subdivision - Battle Creek Plaza Troy Dana with Westland Development is requesting preliminary major subdivision approval to subdivide the property into two lots and 56 commercial condominium units encompassing four office/warehouse buildings.
