Notice is hereby given that the Central Wasatch Commission Capacity Committee will hold a meeting on Monday, June 8, 2026 beginning at approximately 2:00 P.M. Please take notice that a quorum the Board of Commissioners (the 'Board') of the Central Wasatch Commission (the 'CWC') may attend the above-referenced meeting. The agenda for that meeting is accessible here: Utah Public Notice Website, the anchor location, The Salt Lake Tribune, and Deseret News.

1. Chair Roger Bourke will open the public meeting as Chair of the Capacity Committee of the Central Wasatch Commission.

1. Commissioners will discuss and set the vision and purpose for the committee.
a. What is capacity, as it applies to this region?
b. What are the committee's goals in defining capacity?
2. Commissioners will discuss and set goals in support of the broader vision.
3. Commissioners will determine specific objectives to help achieve the
committee's goals and vision.

The audio recording and transcript of the meeting will be posted for public review. Commissioners will/may participate electronically. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
Final action may be taken in relation to any topic listed on the agenda, including but not limited to adoption, rejection, amendment, addition of conditions and variations of options discussed.
