2. Agenda Item: The purpose of the meeting is to hear public comment and answer questions regarding finalizing the Wallsburg Town Fiscal Year 2026 (July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2026) Budget and the Fiscal Year 2027 (July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027) Proposed Budget. All interested persons may attend.

a. Main Canyon Road Project, CDBG Application Updates - Information and Discussion Only
i. Troy Ostler (CivCo Engineering) will discuss status of Main Canyon Road Phase II & 2025 CDBG applications
b. Homeschool Co-Op Town Hall Rental for 2026-2027 School Year - Action Item
i. Discuss and vote on agreement for the Homeschool Co-Op rental of the Town Hall for the upcoming school year.
c. Adopt Fiscal Year 2026 Budget - Action Item
i. Following completion of budget review held May 14th 2026 and public hearing held June 4th 2026 by the
Wallsburg Town Council, it is hereby recommended that the Fiscal Year 2027 budget be adopted (as proposed) or (with the following changes: _________________).
d. Building Permit Approval Letters - Action Item
i. Wallsburg Town Planning Commission has reviewed and determined that a request from Cole Bigelow to build a home at 10 West Main Canyon Road meets the stipulations and requirements of the Wallsburg Town development code, and hereby recommends to the Wallsburg Town Council that a building permit approval letter be issued.
ii. Vote to accept Planning Commission recommendation and issue building permit approval letter or continue for further discussion.
