PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. and its regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on May 14, 2026 at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth.
PUBLIC HEARING 6:30 P.M.
Agenda will be as follows:
1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell
2. Open Public Hearing
3. Discuss/Consider - RESOLUTION 2026-4- PROPOSED 2026-2027 TENATIVE GENERAL FUND BUDGET, UTILITY BUDGET, MUNICIPLE BUILDING AUTHORITY BUDGET, CAPITAL PROJECT BUDGET AND PERPETUAL CARE FOR ORANGEVILLE CITY.
4. Accept Public Comment
5. Consider proposed ORDINANCE 2025-4- AN ORDINANCE OF ORANGEVILLE CITY AMENDING SECTIONS 11-11-27.1, PURPOSE, RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR SHORT-TERM RENTALS, AMEND SECTION 11-11-27.3(7), PERMITS, INSPECTIONS, LICENSES REQUIRED AND ADD 11-11-27.6, SHORT-TERM RENTAL EXEMPTIONS, TO SHORT-TERM RENTAL REGULATIONS IN THE ORANGEVILLE CITY CODE.
6. Consider ORDINANCE 2026-5- AN ORDINANCE OF ORANGEVILLE CITY AMENDING SECTION 11-11-25.6 (B)(10), RECREATIONAL VEHICLE COURTS.
7. Close Public Hearing and Open the Regular Session
