NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Grantsville City Council adopted the following ordinances: Ordinance 2026-13, adopted on March 4, 2026, approves the rezoning of property located at approximately 519 W Main Street from A-10 (Agricultural) to C-S (Shopping Commercial District) to allow for commercial uses consistent with the City's General Plan and zoning objectives. Ordinance 2026-14, adopted on March 4, 2026, establishes an annual stipend program for members of the Grantsville City Fire Department, including eligibility requirements, participation standards, and administrative procedures intended to support firefighter retention, accountability, and operational readiness. Ordinance 2026-16, adopted on April 15, 2026, adopts an updated Grantsville City Annexation Policy Plan establishing a 20-year framework for future annexations, municipal service planning, infrastructure coordination, and growth management within identified expansion areas. Ordinance 2026-17, adopted on March 25, 2026, amends Chapter 2 of the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code to update and clarify land use definitions, terminology, and development standards within the City Code. Ordinance 2026-18, adopted on May 6, 2026, amends Chapters 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, 16, 20, and 21 of the Grantsville City Land Use and Management Code to revise development standards, conditional use procedures, landscaping regulations, driveway requirements, home occupation standards, and related land use regulations intended to improve administration and clarity of the City Code.
