Item No. 1 Approval of Minutes: The Planning Commission will consider approval of the minutes of April 8th, 2026. (MINUTES)

Public Hearings:
Item No. 2 Parcel 02-095-0031 Rezone Public Hearing: The Planning Commission will take comments and questions from the public regarding a request to rezone Parcel 02-095-0031, located in the general area of 96 N Main. The property is currently zoned R-1-12; the applicant is requesting Mixed Use (MXD).

Item No. 3 Parcel 02-095-0031 Rezone Recommendation: The Planning Commission will review, discuss and may make a recommendation to the City Council regarding the application to rezone Parcel 02-095-0031 from R-1-12 to Mixed Use. (PRESENTATION) & (ANALYSIS)

Item No. 4 PCC 10-12-3&4 Code Amendments: The Planning Commission will review, discuss and may move forward with setting a public hearing regarding proposed code amendments to extend the sunset day for the incentive to record the deed restriction for an IADU or an ADU. (AMENDMENT)
