- NOTICE OF KAYSVILLE CITY ORDINANCE ADOPTION On April 16, 2026, the Kaysville City Council approved the following Ordinances: Ordinance No. 26-04-01: Rezone of the Angel Street Soccer Complex (16.9 acres), located at 150 South Angel, from R-A (Agricultural Residential) to the PU (Public Use) district. Ordinance No. 26-04-02: Rezone of the Webb Lane Trailhead (0.52 acres), located at Flint Street and Webb Lane, from R-1-20 (Single-Family Residential) to the PU (Public Use) District. Ordinance No. 26-04-03: Rezone of Hess Farms Park (2.19 acres), located at approximately 1625 South 500 East, from R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential) to the PU (Public Use) District. Ordinance No. 26-04-04: Rezone of Gailey Park (5.71 acres), located at 200 South 300 West, from R-1-8 (Single-Family Residential) to the PU (Public Use) District. The purpose of these rezones is to assign appropriate zoning districts to these City-owned properties.
