bedroom, 1 bathroom, ADA accessible home, including downspout rain gutters, a
wood/coal stove with chimney kit, a water heater, and washer/dryer hookups, for
Selena Sandoval; Joe & Jane Ben; Catherine Deschene; and Loleta Lansing. UNTF
is requested to match $ 304,326.
5.b Aneth Chapter - Phillip Rentz Sr. & Judy A Rentz - Surveys
$407 requested for clearances required for homesite lease including archeological
clearances, biological clearances, and land survey for Philip Rentz & Judy Rentz.

$10,000 requested to provide upgrades to the Utah Learning Center/Warehouse to
improve the facility's functionality, safety, and aesthetics while extending the
building's usable lifespan, reduce operational costs, and improve occupant comfort.
Improvements include: structural repairs, installation of energy-efficient systems,
interior and exterior refurbishments, updates to comply with current building codes.
UNTF is requested to match $10,000
5.f Utah Navajo Trust Fund - Project Shortfall Funding
$117,281.70 requested in non-chapter funding to complete 23 housing projects previously
approved through chapters.
5.g Mission Discovery School - Monument Valley Summer Camp
$43,521 requested to hold the Monument Valley Summer Camp, a free 6-week
educational program providing 60 hours of direct instruction for up to 40 students.
Including creation of reusable curriculum, staffing for four educators, and essential
repairs to the old Head Start building in Monument Valley to meet fire safety codes.
There is $1,000 in parent fundraising estimated as a match.

$56,672 requested for construction of a new 28' x 44' (1232 sq ft) 3 bedroom, 2 bath
home for Henry & Rita Haycock, whose previous home burnt down. UNTF is
requested to match $85,008.
