- NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE UTAH CHARTER SCHOOL FINANCE AUTHORITY PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Utah Charter School Finance Authority (the 'Authority') will hold a special meeting commencing at 10:00 am Friday, March 27, 2026 in the large conference room, Office of State Treasurer, C170 State Capitol Complex, Salt Lake City, Utah, and electronically via Google Meet link: https://utah-gov.zoom.us/j/9767458051?pwd=QcflZWcUgK7h8gMyIWM5GB1oVqkcqW.1&omn=81095513351 Meeting ID: 976 745 8051 Passcode: sJ8SidY# One or more Members of the Authority may participate via telephonic conference originated by the Chair, and the meeting may be an electronic meeting. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals requiring special accommodations during the meeting should notify the Authority at least three working days prior to the meeting. The agenda will be substantially as follows: 1. Approval of the minutes from the Authority's special meetings held on January 30, 2026. 2. Resolution 2026-2. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority charter school bonds (Lincoln Academy) series 2026; authorizing the execution and delivery by the Authority of documents required in connection therewith; providing for the publication of a notice of public hearing and of bonds to be issued; providing for a contest period; designating Lincoln Academy as a qualifying charter school for purposes of participation in the State's credit enhancement program; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the resolution; and related matters. 3. Resolution 2026-3. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority charter school bonds (George Washington Academy) series 2025; authorizing the execution and delivery by the Authority of documents required in connection therewith; providing for the publication of a notice of public hearing and of bonds to be issued; providing for a contest period; designating George Washington Academy as a qualifying charter school for purposes of participation in the State's credit enhancement program; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the resolution; and related matters. 4. Resolution 2026-4. Consideration of a resolution authorizing the issuance and sale of Utah Charter School Finance Authority charter school bonds (Syracuse Arts Academy) series 2025; authorizing the execution and delivery by the Authority of documents required in connection therewith; providing for the publication of a notice of public hearing and of bonds to be issued; providing for a contest period; designating Syracuse Arts Academy as a qualifying charter school for purposes of participation in the State's credit enhancement program; authorizing the taking of all other actions necessary for the consummation of the transactions contemplated by the resolution; and related matters. 5. Review and Approved proposed changes for charter schools to qualify under the Charter School Credit Enhancement Program. 6.
