NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 10th day of March 2026 at the Garland City Building.
The agenda shall be as follows:

3. Public hearing, discussion, and possible consideration and approval of the proposed Text Amendments to the Garland City Code: Commercial C-1 Zone (Chapter 9-8); Definitions (Chapter 9-1-6); Residential R-4 Zone (Chapter 9-7D-1); and Residential RM12 Zone (Chapter 9-7E-1)
4. Discussion and possible consideration and adoption of revisions to the Planning Commission Bylaws
5. Request for future agenda items
