- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting at 7:00 pm on the 10th day of March 2026 at the Garland City Building. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Meeting to Order 2. Vote to Approve Minutes a) February 10, 2025 3. Public hearing, discussion, and possible consideration and approval of the proposed Text Amendments to the Garland City Code: Commercial C-1 Zone (Chapter 9-8); Definitions (Chapter 9-1-6); Residential R-4 Zone (Chapter 9-7D-1); and Residential RM12 Zone (Chapter 9-7E-1) 4. Discussion and possible consideration and adoption of revisions to the Planning Commission Bylaws 5. Request for future agenda items 6.
