2. 6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input regarding the City's consideration of declaring city owned real property Parcel #04-273-8001 and Parcel #04-273-8002 as surplus. Following the public hearing the City Council may consider a resolution declaring the parcels as surplus property.
3. Consider a resolution endorsing the Watersmart Planning and Project Design Grant Program.
4. Consider an ordinance to amend municipal code 3-707 Procedures for Access, 3-716 Appeals, 7-301 400 East Street Special Improvement District. These municipal code changes are related to website address (.gov) updates, along with updates to the City Hall physical address.
