- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, February 18, 2026 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw The agenda is as follows: 1. 6:30 - 6:35 Opening Ceremony * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda Opening Business * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member * City Department Recognition * Reports from Public Safety Officials * Review of Strategic Directives and Action Items Consent Items * Consider approval of minutes of previous City Council meetings Current Action Items 2. 6:35pm Public Hearing to receive public input regarding the City's consideration of declaring city owned real property Parcel #04-273-8001 and Parcel #04-273-8002 as surplus. Following the public hearing the City Council may consider a resolution declaring the parcels as surplus property. 3. Consider a resolution endorsing the Watersmart Planning and Project Design Grant Program. 4. Consider an ordinance to amend municipal code 3-707 Procedures for Access, 3-716 Appeals, 7-301 400 East Street Special Improvement District. These municipal code changes are related to website address (.gov) updates, along with updates to the City Hall physical address. City Council Work Session Items 5. FY2027 Draft Budget Proposal for the Parks Department. 6. FY2027 Draft Budget Proposal for the Cemetery Department. 7. FY2027 Draft Budget Proposal for the Recreation Department. 8. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 9. Updates on Civic Center. 10. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees. 11. Mayor item updates and coordination with legislators, ULCT, Fire District, CMPO, COG, CWC, RAPZ, Recreation Center Committee, Public Communication,...etc.
