NOTICE OF ORDINANCE ADOPTION
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at the regular Grantsville City Council Meeting held on January 7, 2026, the Grantsville City Council adopted the following ordinances:
Ordinance 2026-01 approves amendments to the City's Parks and Transportation Capital Facilities Plans, Impact Fee Facilities Plans, and Impact Fee Analyses. The amendments update project lists, cost estimates, growth assumptions, and related data to ensure continued compliance with the Utah Impact Fees Act and to reflect current and projected service demands for park and transportation facilities within Grantsville City.
Ordinance 2026-02 approves a Master Development Agreement for the Cloward Court Minor Subdivision. The ordinance authorizes easement and access rights necessary for ingress, egress, utilities, drainage, and maintenance, and confirms that the agreement is consistent with the City's General Plan, the Grantsville Land Use Development and Management Code, and applicable state law.
Ordinance 2026-03 approves the rezoning of property located at 15 North Center Street and 9 North Center Street from RM-15 (Multiple Residential District) to C-N (Neighborhood Commercial District). The rezoning allows for neighborhood-scale commercial uses that are compatible with surrounding land uses and consistent with the Grantsville City General Plan.
