Call to Order Invocation: Councilor Larry Gines Pledge of Allegiance 2. Approval of the January 13, 2026 City Council Meeting Minutes 3. Approval of the Invoice Register dated January 22, 2026 4. Public Comment - This is the public's opportunity to briefly comment on items not on the agenda 5. Public Hearing to accept public comments to consider potential projects for which funding may be applied under the CDBG Small Cities Program for Program Year 2026 6. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance adopting the Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code 7. Public Hearing to receive comment for an ordinance adopting and setting compensation for Kamas City officers 8. Possible Ordinance, An Ordinance setting the compensation of Elective and Statutory Officers 9. Possible Ordinance continued, An Ordinance to amend Section 15.02.010 Definitions, in the Kamas Municipal Code 10. Council Reports 11. Adjournment
