Conduit was ran for pickle ball courts (court portion only) B. Moved dirt over to outdoor arena for prep to be added to the outdoor arena C. Working on some smaller projects and re-organizing of work stations. D. Staff utilizing of vacation time. 5. OSTA Director Report (Angie): A. Commission approved backfilling our maintenance Technician position - Interviews are in progress. B. Playground/Pickleball Project update C. EHV-1 Outbreak D. IAFE Convention update E. Christmas Electric Light Parade F. OSTA schedule for the remainder of 2025 Events: November - Rec Board meeting (Conf. Room), Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo Meeting, Grand County Fair Board Meeting, Open Ride (Indoor & Outdoor arena's - multiple dates), D's Adventures, Quinceanera, Moab Frisbee Tournament December - Rec Board meeting (Conf. Room), Canyonlands PRCA Rodeo Meeting, Grand County Fair Board Meeting, Open Ride (Indoor & Outdoor arena's - multiple dates), D's Adventures, Community Equestrian night, Indoor Soccer Not to be forgotten, will discuss when updates are available: - OSTA Development Master Plan- UPDATE (In Progress) - Angie & Greg are scheduling regular meetings to devote dedicated time to the master plan and hope to have a rough presentation in the near future.
