Citizens to be heard: 4. 2026 Budget discussion and approval Start time End time 5. Action Items: To pay LeGrand Johnson for Spanish Valley Dr. Mill and fill $380,000 and 30,000 - 40,000 for top coat. 2026 Meeting Schedule: February 10 August 11 April 14 October 13 June 9 December 8 6. Expenditures: Patty Olson #019 $100.00 7. Income: YTD 2025 See attached Balance sheet and Profit and Loss sheet 8. Old Business: a. Mesa/Desert roads storm drain mitigation project estimate $125,000. On hold b. Jackson street SD phase 2 Rebid at the end of October. TSSD obligation $265,000. c. Spanish Valley Drive Multi Use Pathway. Overlay length has been reduced. Estimated $450,000. County $300,000. TSSD to obligate $150,000. Additional paving. Discussion d. TAP (Transportation Alternative Program) Grant for Holyoak Lane curb, gutter and sidewalk project. Project cost $624,000. - UDOT grant through the Federal DOT in the amount of $300,00. - TSSD ask $125,000. County $210,000. Further discussion 9. New Business/Items from Board &/or Bill Jackson: a. Murphy lane finish b. Plateau Circle/ Desert c. Old City Park d. Spanish Valley/Spanish Trail 4 way stop e. Cisco/Westwater f. Loop road Castle Valley g. Crescent Junction h. Sitla Property Beeman to HWY 191 i. Jackson vs Holyoak projects $265,000 proposed to move to the Holyoak project. Storm water will fund Jackson St. completely. 10. Closed Session (if necessary): 11.
