NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROVO CITY, UTAH
PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, on December 16, 2025, at the regular meeting of the Municipal Council (the 'Council') of Provo City, Utah (the 'City') that begins at 5:30 p.m., at the regular meeting place of the Council at 445 West Center Street, Provo, Utah, the Council will hold a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to (i) the issuance, in one or more series, of up to $20,000,000 of transportation sales tax revenue bonds (the 'Bonds') of the City for the purpose of financing certain costs of acquistion and construction of improvements to the the City's municipal airport (the 'Project'), funding any necessary reserves, and paying costs of issuance of the Bonds, and (ii) the potential economic impact that the Project will have on the private sector.
Pursuant to the Indenture, the City will pledge the revenues derived by the City from the levy of sales taxes under the the levy of sales taxes under Title 59, Chapter 12, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended (Local Option Sales and Use Taxes for Transportation Act).
