This meeting may or may not be conducted electronically via telephone or zoom. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Roll call. 2. Reading & Approval of minutes of previous meetings. 3. Discussion and Action on monthly meetings. 4. Open and Public Meetings Act Training 5. New appointment of Chairperson and Vice Chairperson 6. Ethics Pledge 7. Adjournment.
