NOTICE OF GENERAL ELECTION CANVASS
SPECIAL BEAVER CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
This is a public meeting and anyone is invited to attend.
1 Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Matt Robinson
2 Canvass of the General Election held November 4, 2025
3 Planning and Zoning new members discussion and approval.
4 Reports, Updates, Old Business Follow Up: Elected Officials and Staff
5 Public Comment:
6. CLOSED SESSION: The Beaver City Council will close a portion of their meeting to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical, mental health or criminal conduct of an individual; to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, or water when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property or prevent the City from completing the transaction on the best possible terms; to hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, discussions regarding security of City devices or systems.
7. ACTION: Any action to be taken as a result of or arising from discussions had in the closed session.
