As of 2/9/2026, need a nomination for Chair position
Current vacancies for the HFC
One physician, licensed to practice medicine
Rep of freestanding ambulatory surgical facilities
Anyone interested in joining the HFC can apply for one of these positions at boards.utah.gov
Satellite Emergency Departments
A change from last meeting. Satellite emergency departments will be a satellite location of the licensed general hospital
All hospitals were notified by email communication
Fees were prorated and will be in line with the renewal of the general hospital licensing fee schedule
The resource manual for satellite emergency departments is going through final review and will be posted to the dlbc.utah.gov website upon completion
