2. Consider a resolution approving the use of formal eminent domain to acquire easements through portions of parcels #05-003-0013, 05-003-0003, 05-002-0007, 05-004-0011, 05-004-0002, and 04-050-0020 located at approximately 2300N 2000E (Canyon Gates Subdivision), for the installation of culinary water transmission lines.
3. Consider scheduling the General Election Canvass for Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 12:00pm.
4. Consider adopting zoning text amendments to NLMC Title 12 (Land Use) intended to implement the goals and policies contained within the recently adopted 2025 General Plan and City Center Master Plan. Access to the proposed amendments is available at NLCPLAN.ORG.
5. Consider an Ordinance adopting the 2006 Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code.
6. Consider adopting an official Wildland-Urban Interface Line for North Logan City in accordance with Utah HB0048.
