- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Ceremony * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda Opening Business * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member * Reports from Public Safety Officials * Swearing in of Police Officer * Review of Strategic Directives and Action Items Consent Items * Approval of minutes of previous City Council meetings Current Action Items 2. Consider a resolution approving the use of formal eminent domain to acquire easements through portions of parcels #05-003-0013, 05-003-0003, 05-002-0007, 05-004-0011, 05-004-0002, and 04-050-0020 located at approximately 2300N 2000E (Canyon Gates Subdivision), for the installation of culinary water transmission lines. 3. Consider scheduling the General Election Canvass for Tuesday, November 18, 2025 at 12:00pm. 4. Consider adopting zoning text amendments to NLMC Title 12 (Land Use) intended to implement the goals and policies contained within the recently adopted 2025 General Plan and City Center Master Plan. Access to the proposed amendments is available at NLCPLAN.ORG. 5. Consider an Ordinance adopting the 2006 Utah Wildland-Urban Interface Code. 6. Consider adopting an official Wildland-Urban Interface Line for North Logan City in accordance with Utah HB0048. City Council Work Session Items 7. Update on City Name Discussion. 6. Updates regarding the North Logan City General Plan and City Center Masterplan. 7. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 8. Updates on Civic Center. 9. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees. 10. Closed Session to discuss the acquisition of real property.
