HILLSIDE REVIEW BOARD CITY OF ST. GEORGE WASHINGTON COUNTY, UTAH Public Notice Notice is hereby given that the Hillside Review Board of the City of St. George, Washington County, Utah, will hold a meeting at the reference site on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, commencing on site #1 at 8:30 a.m. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Call to Order Call for disclosure of conflicts of interest 1. Banded Ridge Hillside Revision - This is a request for a Hillside Development permit to request modification to the approved location of the rock fall hazard line approved with the original Hillside permit. Meeting time is approximately 8:30 am at approximately 2900 E Cliff Shadow Dr. 2. Tech Ridge Zip Line & Chair Lift -This is a request for a Hillside Development Permit to allow disturbance of areas in the 20-30%, 30-40% and 40% and above slope areas and review possible construction in a possible landslide area. Meeting time is approximately 9:15 am at approximately 500 S Tech Ridge Parkway 3. Trails East -Site visit for potential future development. There is no official application at this time. Meeting time is approximately 10:00 am at approximately 3700 N Hwy 18 4.
