Please be advised that the Fillmore City Planning Commission will hold a PUBLIC
HEARING on WEDNESDAY, September 10, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at 75 West Center Street,
the Fillmore City Council Chambers, concerning a public hearing to receive public
comments.
- To receive public comments regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Title 10 Chapter 8 Article
A. General Commercial to include dwelling, single-family, Commercial, Kennel as a conditional use, and include
Public Utility Station in the development standards section.
- To receive public comments regarding an amendment to the Fillmore City Municipal Code Title 10 Zones,
Agricultural, Rural Residential, Residential 2, Office Residential, General Commercial, Highway Commercial,
Industrial, and Public/ Quasi-Public conditional uses to match the new Chapter 20 Conditional Uses Ordinance.
- To approve, modify, or deny a recommendation to the Fillmore City Council for an enactment to the Fillmore City
Municipal Code Title 10 Chapter 9 Article C. Mixed-Use Overlay for commercial and residential structures.
