(SLC Assessor Parcel/Acct. No. 22143520160000; the parcel is partially in an R-1-43 zone and partially in a R-1-87 zone
City of Holladay Ordinance ยง13.11.050.B determines a boundary location to be at the line of any waterway.
As most of the land within the parcel is zoned as R-1-43, the applicant is seeking to appeal the existing zone boundary of Big Cottonwood Creek and apply the R-1-43 zone boundary to the west boundary line of the parcel.
