- CITY OF HOLLADAY PLANNING COMMISSION APPEALS HEARING Tuesday, August 12, 2025 City Council Chambers 4580 S. 2300 E. 6:00 PM AGENDA ITEM(S) 1. Zone Boundary or Map Interpretation - 6114 S. Holladay Boulevard (SLC Assessor Parcel/Acct. No. 22143520160000; the parcel is partially in an R-1-43 zone and partially in a R-1-87 zone City of Holladay Ordinance ยง13.11.050.B determines a boundary location to be at the line of any waterway. As most of the land within the parcel is zoned as R-1-43, the applicant is seeking to appeal the existing zone boundary of Big Cottonwood Creek and apply the R-1-43 zone boundary to the west boundary line of the parcel. (City Case # 25-5-06; J.U.B. Engineering as applicant, representing the property owner) 2. Adjourn CERTIFICATE OF POSTING I, Stephanie N.
