at 38 West Center Street.

a. Jim Sanders rezoning request on behalf of Kristen Sanders Candland.
(This application was not submitted in adequate time for the state-required public notice period for a hearing on this agenda. As such, a public hearing may be conducted at the next Commission meeting. )
