- Notice IS HERBY GIVEN that the Town of Brighton, Utah, at their regularly scheduled Town Council meeting on 6/10/2025, adopted Ordinance 2025-O-6-1 An Ordinance Adopting Engineering Standards; Ordinance 2025-O-6-2 An Ordinance Amending Title 5 Business Licenses And Regulations Chapter 5.19 Short Term Rental Section 5.19.015 Short Term Rental Limits; and Ordinance 2025-O-6-3 An Ordinance Amending Title 5 Business Licenses and Regulations Chapter 5.19 Short Term Rental Section 5.19.084 Exemption from Certain Regulations for Short-Term Rentals for Properties within the Solitude Village Master Association. Also adopted was Resolution 2025-R-6-1 A Resolution Adopting the Final Budget for the Town of Brighton, State of Utah, for the Fiscal Year 2026 Beginning July 1, 2025 and Ending June 30, 2026 and Setting the Property Tax Rate at No Increase for the Town of Brighton at a Rate of 0.00%.
