- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on Monday, December 12, 2016, at 11:30 a.m. at Hug-Hes Restaurant, 360 E 2600 N, North Ogden, UT 84414, to receive public comments on the Weber Area Dispatch 911 & Emergency Services District 2017 and the Weber Area Dispatch 911 & Emergency Services Local Building Authority Tentative Budgets.
