- LAYTON CITY REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/GENERAL CONTRACTOR SERVICES Layton City is seeking responses to a Request for Proposal for Construction Management/General Contractor services to build a new 9-1-1 Dispatch Center and Emergency Operations Center. RFP documents are available on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and will also be available on the Layton City website at https://laytoncity.org/LC/City/BIDS . Responses to the Requests For Proposals will be accepted until Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 12:00, Noon.
