These items will be a single motion unless removed at the request of the Chairman or Board Members.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Approval of Minutes: December 4, 2023. 4. Review Checks & Deposits from December 2023 and January 2024. C. Citizen Comment & Request for Future Agenda Items: All public comments need to be submitted in writing and emailed to info@hvfssd.org by noon on the day of the meeting. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. This item is reserved for items not listed on this agenda. (Three minutes per person) D. Business: 1. Discussion and Vote on 2024 Meeting Schedule. 2. Introduction - Clark Fawcett Hurricane Valley Fires New Board Member Representing Hurricane City. 3. Presentation - Certificate of Thank you From Hurricane City 4. Engineer Badge Pinning of Firefighter Dakota Roberts. 5. Review and Discussion on 2023 Hurricane Valley Fire Annual Report. 6. Continuing Operations. F. Closed Session The Board may vote to discuss certain matters in Closed Session pursuant to Utah Code Annotated 52-4-5. G.
