Welcome PROCEDURAL Rep. Jordan Teuscher and Lowry Snow 2. Public Comment PROCEDURAL Members of the public have an opportunity to share comments relevant to The Point, following the procedures set forth below. 3. Minutes of the December 19, 2023 Board Meeting ACTION The board will consider approving the minutes of the December board meeting. 4. Financial Statement ACTION Don Willie Staff will review the status of organizational financials. 5. Introduction to Arts Master Plan Team INFORMATIONAL Amanda Golden and Mark Reigelman, Designing Local Representatives of Designing Local will share their background and preliminary thoughts on the arts master plan for The Point. 6. Proposed Legislation for the 2024 Session ACTION Senator Stevenson and Alan Matheson The board will review and consider supporting proposed revisions to the Land Authority statute. 7. Revision to Stakeholder Interaction Policy ACTION Alan Matheson The board will consider a revision to its Stakeholder Interaction Policy. 8. Adjourn ACTION
