- Pursuant to Utah Code Annotated; Section 52-4-202 (6), Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Ferron City, Emery County, Utah, will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, December 6, 2023, commencing at 7:00 p.m. This will be hosted in the Council Chambers of the City Hall. 1. WELCOME, ROLL CALL 2. CALL TO ORDER THE PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS THE INCREASE OF THE MONTHLY RATE FOR WATER OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS FROM $50.00 TO $64.00 3. CLOSE THE PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS THE INCREASE OF THE MONTHLY RATE FOR WATER OUTSIDE CITY LIMITS FROM $50.00 TO $64.00 4. DISCUSS/Approve/Deny Resolution No. 2023-6 A Resolution to Increase Monthly Base Rate For Water Outside City Limits 5, ADJOURNMENT The public is invited to attend all City Council Meetings. In compliance with the American Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify the City Recorder, Barbara Bowles at (435)384-2350.
