Total Access for the Ambulance Director for the Purchasing Card and Utah Independent Bank Account - Leslie White and Jennifer McIlnay B. 2024 Proposed Budget Review - George Humphreys, Jennifer McIlnay C. 2023 Amended Budget Review - George Humphreys D. Matching Grant to purchase Chipper in 2024 7. Open Meeting Training Proposed Dates - Anona Yardley 8. Fire Chief's Report 9. Ambulance Director's Report 10. Executive (Closed Session) - The Beaver Fire District #1 may choose to close a portion of their meeting for the following reasons: 1. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; 2. Hold a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation; 3. Hold a strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property when public discussion of the transaction would disclose the appraisal or estimated value of the property under consideration or prevent the public body from completing the transaction; and 4. Hold a strategy session to discuss the sale of real property. 11. Any Other Business Properly Brought Before the Board. 12. Adjourn Meeting - Next Regularly Scheduled Meeting, December 18, 2023 at 7:00 p.m.
