- The Garden City Planning Commission will hold their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, November 1, 2023, immediately following their Public Hearing at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building, located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Approval of Minutes a. Public Hearing b. Regular Meeting 3. Discussion Only - Concept review for commercial condos located West of the State Marina, parcel #41-17-000-0078. Two story commercial condos that are designed for flexibility. Bill Fowler 4. Discussion/Approval of Ordinance: a. #23-23, an Ordinance updating average grade in definitions. 5. Training 6. Miscellaneous 7.
