- AGENDA HUNTINGTON CITY COUNCIL MEETING November 15, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Huntington City Council will hold its regularly scheduled council meeting November 15, 2023 at the city office building located at 20 South Main. Meeting will start at 6:30 p.m. Agenda will be as follows: 6:30 P.M. Roll Call Opening Remarks Pledge of Allegiance 1. Public Comments (limit of 3 minutes) 2. MOTION: CONSENT AGENDA - Approval of October 18, 2023 City Council Minutes - City Claims and Review of Financials 3. MOTION: Business license 4. MOTION: Donation request Utah Power & Light Credit Union 5. MOTION: Trade mark on removing 'The' from The Gateway to the San Rafael Swell 6. MOTION: Resolution 17-2023 Amending the Employee Handbook 7. MOTION: Resolution 16-2023 Annual meeting schedule 2024 8. Discussion on updating City Code on Water and Sewer Service 9. Discussion on guidelines for a Separate/Detached Second Living Dwelling 10. Discuss/Approve/Deny Business license fee increase 11. Discussion on Zoning Violations fine schedule 12. Mayor's Report 13. Departmental Reports (Fire department, Maintenance department) 14. Youth City Council report 15. Council's Reports 16. Zoning Administrator Report 17. Adjournment Notice Provisions: Motions relating to any of the foregoing including final action may be taken at the meeting. The order of agenda items may change to accommodate the needs of the City Council, the staff, and the public. If necessary, executive session may be held in accordance with the Utah Code 52-4-205. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above agenda was posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Huntington City Website and at Huntington City Hall. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings.
