- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE COMMISSION CHAMBERS, ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 EAST CENTER STREET, PROVO, UTAH December 6, 2023 - 2:00 pm *When necessary, board members may participate electronically, with the anchor location as stated above.* *The public may participate electronically by joining via Zoom at the following link: https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84984571341 or calling (346) 248-7799 or (669) 900-6833, Meeting ID: .849 8457 1341 Comments will be limited to two (2) minutes per individual unless otherwise approved by the Board. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE SIGNING OF A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2024 BUDGET FOR THE GENERAL FUND AND OTHER BUDGETARY FUNDS OF THE MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH. - Paul Jones/Attorney 3. SET A DATE, TIME, AND LOCATION FOR A PUBLIC HEARING TO DISCUSS AMENDING THE 2023 BUDGET; REVISING ESTIMATES OF REVENUES; REVISING THE BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS; AND/OR TRANSFERRING UNENCUMBERED OR UNEXPENDED APPROPRIATION BALANCES FROM ONE DEPARTMENT IN A FUND TO ANOTHER DEPARTMENT IN THE SAME FUND. SUGGESTED DATE: WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2023, AT 2:00 P.M.
