- A. CALL TO ORDER B. PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE C. DISCLOSURES D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: October 24, 2023 Town Council meeting E. REPORTS / PUBLIC INPUT ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS. Public input is limited to three (3) minutes on non-agenda items. F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. ASPEN MEADOWS DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT ADOPTION. Bret Howser, Town Manager. The Council will consider adopting the Aspen Meadows Development Agreement. 2. A RESOLUTION TO CREATE OR DESIGNATE SPECIAL TAX ASSESSMENT AREA NO. 2023-01 (SNOWSHOE, TOBOGGAN) OF THE TOWN OF BRIAN HEAD, UTAH, DESCRIBED IN THE NOTICE OF INTENT CONCERNING THE SPECIAL TAX ASSESSMENT AREA AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OFFICIALS TO PROCEED TO MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE NOTICE OF INTENT, AS AMENDED HEREIN, AND RELATED MATTERS. Shane Williamson, Town Treasurer. The Council will consider a resolution creating the Snowshoe/Toboggan SAA. 3. SNOWSHOE TOBOGGAN SEWERLINE FUNDING DISCUSSION / DIRECTION. Aldo Biasi, Public Works Director. The Council will give direction on potential debt financing for the proposed Snowshoe/Toboggan sewer line. 4. 2023-24 SHUTTLE CONTRACT APPROVAL. Nancy Leigh, Town Clerk. The Council will give their approval for the 2023-24 shuttle contract. 5. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS. The Council will discuss potential items for future agendas. 6:00 p.m. 6. GENERAL OBLIGATION BOND FOR CORE BEAUTIFCATION ARGUMENTS FOR AND AGAINST THE BOND. The Council will read the arguments submitted and receive any public comments on the Core Beautification GO Bond. The Public is invited to give input. G. ADJOURNMENT
