Consideration and recommendation to the City Council regarding an amendment to the emergency access requirement for the Rod Braegger Subdivision located at approximately 100 South 400 West (02-054-0003) c. Consideration and recommendation to the City Council regarding an MPC designation for the Mike Bastian and Mike Shultz annexation of 70 acres located at approximately 8400 south Highway 89 (Parcel Nos. 01-045-0118, 01-045-0015, 01-045-0132 and 01-045-0016) d. Review of a conditional use permit issued to Trisha Heath for a home occupation-multi family dwelling located at 110 South 250 West (Parcel No. 02-053-0003) issued on January 9, 2019 e. Consideration and recommendation to the City Council regarding the General Plan DRAFT which would amend Chapter 12-000 of the Willard City Zoning Ordinance 6. Consideration and approval of the October 19, 2023, regular Planning Commission minutes 7. Commissioner/Staff Comments 8.
