- AMENDED PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT No. 1 Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE OLYMPIA PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 30, 2023, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 11:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on July 26, 2023. 2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any). C. Action Items 1. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for calendar year 2024 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same. D. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Oaths of Office. 2. Discussion of trustees' conflict disclosures and ethics pledge. 3. Reminder: Board Training - Open and Public Meetings Act a. Training required by state auditor for New Board Members: https://training.auditor.utah.gov E.
