- CITY OF OREM NOTICE OF PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING The Planning Commission will hold the following public hearings on December 6, 2023, at approximately 4:30 p.m. to consider the following: - PUBLIC HEARING - REZONE - Amending Article 22-5-3 (A) and the zoning map of the City of Orem by enacting Article 22-11-65 and Appendix ZZ of the Orem City code and by rezoning the property located generally at 1350 East 740 North from the R12 zone to the PD-52 zone (approximately 6 acres). The proposed amendments are available in the Office of Development Services, Room #105, 56 North State Street, Orem, Utah. If you have any questions regarding the proposed zone change or amendments, contact the Development Services Department at 801-229-7058. THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL PLANNING COMMISSION MEETINGS.
