- Notice is hereby given that the Erda Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023 at 7:00pm. Roll Call 2. Pledge and Prayer 3. Approve Minutes from 11/14/23 4. Public Comment (3 minute limit per comment) 5. Legislative Items - Public input a. West Auto Sales is requesting a conditional use permit (06-2023) to operate an automobile dealership at 426 E Cimmarron Way. Hours of operation to be Monday - Saturday 9 am - 7 pm. This location is the previous location of Bargain Buggys automobile dealership. Bargain Buggys did not have a conditional use permit i. Open Public Hearing ii. Close Public Hearing 6.
