- Edith Bowen Laboratory School Governing Board Meeting Agenda November 16, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Edith Bowen Laboratory School Governing Board will hold a board meeting at 3:30 pm on November 16, 2023, in room 233 at EBLS. Please email carolina.harward@usu.edu if you would like to access the meeting or to make a public comment at this meeting. 1. WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER a. Roll call 2. CONSENT ITEMS a. Approve board meeting minutes from Oct. 19, 2023 3. BUSINESS MANAGER REPORT a. Monthly Summary 4. Public Comment Public Comment is time for the public to give input to the board but is not a discussion time. Comments are limited to 3 minutes per individual. Individuals wishing to make a presentation to the board may request placement on the agenda by contacting the board secretary ( carolina.harward@usu.edu ). Administrative items, those regarding the day-to-day operation of the school, may be referred to the school director for resolution. Individuals who have previously met with the school director and still have concerns should feel free to participate in the public comment portion of the meeting. 5. REGULATORY & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE a. Proposed anti-bullying policy revisions (discussion) b. Audit report 6. SCHOOL REPORTS a. School report card b. Principal's report i. School highlights 7. Adjourn The public is welcome to attend the Edith Bowen Laboratory School Board Meetings.
