- Midway City Planning Commission Regular Meeting November 14, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Midway City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., November 14, 2023, at the Midway City Community Center 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah If you would like to attend via Zoom, you can find the link here: http://www.midwaycityut.org. 6:00 P.M. Regular Meeting - Liaison Report - staff reports to the Planning Commission regarding land use related items in Midway and the surrounding area. Call to Order - Welcome and Introductions; Opening Remarks or Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance. Regular Business 1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of October 10, 2023 2. Sheila Siggard County Fair Youth Livestock Presentation 3. Mike Holm, agent for CJM Limited Liability Partnership, is applying for a Conditional Use Permit and Local Consent for an alcohol dispensing establishment for The Market at Midway (formerly known as Ridley's). The store is located at 42 West Main Street. The property is 1.67 acres in size and is in the C-3 zone. a. Discussion of the proposed Conditional Use b. Possible recommendation to the City Council 4. Mike Holm, agent for CJM Limited Liability Partnership, is applying for a Conditional Use Permit and Local Consent for an alcohol dispensing establishment for Market Express (formerly known as Ridley's Express). The store is located at 51 West Main Street. The property is 1.1 acres in size and is in the C-2 zone. a. Discussion of the proposed Conditional Use b. Possible recommendation to the City Council 5.
