1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of October 10, 2023
2. Sheila Siggard County Fair Youth Livestock Presentation

Mike Holm, agent for CJM Limited Liability Partnership, is applying for a Conditional Use Permit and Local Consent for an alcohol dispensing establishment for The Market at Midway (formerly known as Ridley's). The store is located at 42 West Main Street. The property is 1.67 acres in size and is in the C-3 zone.
a. Discussion of the proposed Conditional Use
b. Possible recommendation to the City Council

Mike Holm, agent for CJM Limited Liability Partnership, is applying for a Conditional Use Permit and Local Consent for an alcohol dispensing establishment for Market Express (formerly known as Ridley's Express). The store is located at 51 West Main Street. The property is 1.1 acres in size and is in the C-2 zone.
